Brandi passante was a cult sensation after her role in A&E's Reality Show 'StorageWars. Also, it featured Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend of many years and now husband. This show sells contents of lockers whose rent hasn't been paid in three months. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store in Orange California participated in this show hoping to get some cheap storage units. The couple had no idea that the show would actually make reality stars out of their store! The show's success was since the couple, whom were extremely polite with their bids during the show were able to become stars. Their popularity on the show's reality boosted their business and enabled them to establish a second shop in addition to the one they already ran. The spin-off Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job was invented based on their appearance in Storage Wars.
