Kellie Martin. Martin is an American TV and film actress. She is most famous for her roles as Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher and Lucy Knight on the series ER. She is also famous for her role as the main character in the Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin's acting journey began when she was just seven when her aunt, an ex-nanny who looked after her children Michael Landon, helped secure an appearance as a guest in 1982's 'Father Murphy.' Following her graduation from Yale University, she took acting more seriously, and eventually landed important roles on the small and the large screen. Martin is, in addition to being an actor, is also a skilled photographer as well as a ballet dancer. She is a mother of two and the face of Lupus. Since her 19-year-old sister's death, Martin has worked to spread awareness of the condition.
