Anne Curtis-Smith is a Filipino-Australian model, actress, TV host entrepreneur and recording artist.She has received numerous accolades throughout her career including the two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. Her film career has had her nominated for a total of 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Films category, and the two Gawad Urian Award. Her father was married to Ojales, a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan, in 1982. The younger brother Jasmine was also an actress. Clare is one of their cousins at the death of their father. Clare passed away at four months old in 2007 due to a cardio-vascular disease.
